Ability to set health goals with insights for each

These goals could potentially show at the top of the homepage

E.g.

  • Bedtime before X
  • At least 3 gratitudes every day
  • Drink X amount of water
  • Steps
  • Mindful minutes
  • Health tracking itself could even be a goal, based on what you have on the homepage

    Ooo, this is cool. This could also work well for the “habit tracker” that several of us have chatted about. I like it!!

    Love this! Being able to incorporate this app with my habit tracking in this format would be more helpful than the current customized factor list I’ve created.

    I really love setting goals and tracking my achievments. Seeing what ive acomplished is a major mood elevator for me. Right now i have all my goals in a note widget on my phone but no real way to track my progression so this would be awesome.

    I dont really like this. For me the best thing about Bearable is that theres no goals to set just observations to make. So that I can be conscious of what is good for me in a way wheres there’s no succeding or failing. Only wanted to share my opinion, there would always be the option to no use the feature

    I would like to suggest the option to set a goal for every x days If possible. Like every other day or every 3 days instead of just everyday, tomorrow, or one specific day. Thanks 😊

    It’s weird to me that remembering to take medications is not a goal option. You can choose from existing factors. Except medications? I thought it would be a good way to prioritize what I need to track without having to scroll forever down to the tedious medication area. But no goal is actually more important right now so....
