changing category in register doesn't update budget
I had 4 transactions for gas station, and had categorized them all as fuel for the car, but then realized that one of them was for the lawnmower, and wanted to put it in the household maintenance category. I changed the category in the register, but it still shows up in the budget as fuel for the car. But it ALSO showed up as the household maintenance category.
If I refresh the browser, then the budget recalculates correctly and shows the correct number in both categories. (removes the correct amount from fuel for the car)
