Create Transaction in "Scheduled Transactions" view

Clicking on the button “Create Transaction” when you’re in the “Scheduled Transactions view should 1. take you to “Current Transactions” view. It actually does start a new transaction, you just can’t see it in the schedule view. OR 2. Allow you to create a new scheduled transaction, since you’re in that view already.
