Show each shareholder’s recent voting record alongside their current vote or comment on proposals. When a shareholder votes or comments, other shareholders can see at a glance: their last 5-10 votes, their overall yes/no ratio, and how often they vote at all. This provides context—a rare voter showing up signals the issue matters to them; a habitual “no” voter saying “yes” carries different weight than a rubber-stamper. Transparency about participation patterns helps shareholders calibrate how to interpret each other’s positions.
