Cross-Division Incentive Alignment

Pay shareholders (especially Pro Traders or board members) bonuses based not just on their individual portfolio performance, but on their contributions to collective shareholder value. Similar to ADM executives being compensated for helping the “favored division” even if they worked elsewhere, shareholders who help recruit new quality shareholders, contribute to governance discussions, or improve platform infrastructure could receive compensation tied to overall platform health metrics (total shareholder count, voting participation rates, community engagement). This creates “good corporate citizen” behavior where shareholders optimize for collective success, not just personal returns.

  • Contribution tracking system (recruiting referrals, governance participation, community moderation)
  • Collective value metrics (platform health dashboard)
  • Bonus pool allocation formula
  • Quarterly or annual payout mechanism
