    Neat :) and let’s not forget the Data Protection Officer now that GPDR is ever reminding sites to take greater care with people’s data.

    As administrator of a small platform, I now have an extra job (DPO) with a lot of responsibility (data requests), because the budget isn’t enough to employ another person ;)

    Will one of these ‘roles’ be people who have not used Moodle before? For example, I think that the Lounge is important because there is a community dedicated to it, but I still don’t understand why it’s important. I guess the alternative is to require a description for each community/collection to give a bit of context?

    Yes! The Lounge is a place mainly for testing for people to go and hang out. It may or may not make it into the final released product :)
