The “Chance of Success” sim should be dynamic for a Fixed Date Plan such that as you update your progress points the sim would run reflective of actuals to date to evaluate how your outcomes are impacted as actual time and results come into play. Ideally there would be a way to show the difference from the “Fixed Date” sim to the most recent progress point sim.
