I’ve found myself wanting to share PL with friends, but I hesitate doing so because I can’t really do so without showcasing all of my financial details.

It would be helpful if PL would allow me to toggle on/off the visibility of my numbers. Or, maybe even better, temporarily spin up a plan with fake numbers that still allow me to display a scenario with numbers that aren’t mine.

YNAB has recently done something similar; I’ve linked to their support article about the related feature.

If existing PL users are excited to share the app with others, this new feature would help them feel comfortable doing so, and it would help maximize the network effect that could drive additional PL growth.
