Allow classifying income as capital gains

It would be great to have the option of classifying an income item as capital gains, the same way we can classify them as dividends or tax-exempt. Additionally, once classified as Capital Gains, an option similar to “withhold x% for taxes” should be made available.

Use case: Private Equity carried interest income, which is taxed at LTCG rate and is perceived in a lump sum or over a certain period. People could use the “withhold x% for taxes” to model estimated tax payments throughout the years when this income takes place.

Other use cases: - modeling portfolio rebalancing within Taxable accts, generating Capital Gains taxes. - prepayment of capital gains tax during same tax year (rather than the following year)

Yes this would be very helpful. I see Kyle has approved, would there be an ETA to when it might be included?
