Simple Exempt/Include for "State" Income Tax

Would it be possible to have an exclusion/Include State Income Tax in from your income sources? Example I live in a non income taxed state, but work in a state that taxes income. What happens now is that my income from my wages are not subject to Income tax and that fudges up the numbers alot.

Non-resident taxes are probably much more complicated than this ticket alludes to. PL implements resident rules for income tax, but non-resident rules can be quite different. In the case described above, I feel the request is somewhat obscured. It’s not only that income is included or not at the state level, but for which state, and under which set of rules. (resident and non-resident).
