Would be nice to see an option in addition to “Sale” for housing. One where we could model a seller finance option. This would especially helpful for those with rental property looking to exercise this option in order to spread out taxable income over many years and add a passive income stream. Could be very similar to the mortgage inputs, but as an income instead of liability.
