Include option for disposal of assets (real estate, etc) by installment sale
Many people own rental property, undeveloped land, businesses, etc that they sell by installment sale rather than a lump sum. My whole business is helping to service these sales. Interest and capital gains income along with gradual asset value reduction as principal is paid down.
