Enable an estimation mode for historical progress points/snapshots

When adding historical progress points, allow for estimation that then shows as a grey entry and point (or secondary color, depending on display theme).

I’m imagining this as a check-box which allows you to combine whatever assets and liabilities you see fit. It seems common when’d starting out with ProjectionLab; you know some historical net worth from old spreadsheets, other services etc, but may not broken down in the same way as today’s categories, or may simply be a loose estimate. quickly entering loose historical dat can really enhance the visualizations quickly.

I think I might need you to elaborate on this request.

If you’re just trying to enter a single value for historical Net Worth (an approximation or guesstimate), you could simply enter the value as one of the categories.

Progress points are already a simple rollup of categories and not itemized to the account level.

While it’s fair to say that I missed this nuance, I still think there is value in a graphical distinction between an estimated value and a known value in the historical display. Think dotted line or greyed out range?
