Allow user to set y-axis

I would like to be able to manually set the y-axis on a chart so the scales do not change as I adjust my plan (e.g. changing retirement age). That would make it easier to track magnitude of changes.

Yes! I’m repeatedly checking my Y-axis values after each adjustments to determine magnitude of change, as the chart re-renders to fit the available space.

Yes please! This is surprisingly one of my only gripes with PL so far. Without this, there is no way to quickly visually compare the impact of major changes to a plan, like adding/removing a source of income or major expense.
