Real Asset "Generate Rental income" increase modeling

Summary: add full scale Change Over Time modeling to rental income increase.

— original Suggest to be able to model/select Rental income increase as follows - % of asset valve (this is existing) - Amount in todays currently (this is existing) New option - be able to enter your own increase % / yr similar to the “During ownership - Value change over time”

    Sorry just another request relating to Rental Assets. Rental vacancy rate, Would be great if you could add rental vacancy rate % to the “Rental income” section Example: Vacancy Rate = 3%/pa

    Also really would love having “change over time” option for rental income. Seems no choice but defaults to keeping up with inflation. I’m in CA and rents typically way outpace inflation here.

    I don’t believe there’s a way to specify rental income increases as a percentage when inputting details for the rental property under Real Assets after toggling on “Generate Rental Income,” is there?

    I think it’s only for % appreciation of the asset, not % increase of rental income, correct?

    I found this missing piece was drastically killing my model. I had to use the % of the asset as a whole, which has its own appreciation rate, and even still, it assume a continuous increase in rent, which isn’t how it works, it bumps up some percentage in discrete intervals.

    PLEASE, if you update this, make sure you can increase the management fees by a similar percentage. E.g., my management fees are a percentage of the rental fee, right now I have to hard code a number, and I don’t want it to drift from reality.
