Custom Asset "Generate Rental income" increases

Suggest to be able to model/select Rental income increase as follows - % of asset valve (this is existing) - Amount in todays currently (this is existing) New option - be able to enter your own increase % / yr similar to the “During ownership - Value change over time”

    Sorry just another request relating to Rental Assets. Rental vacancy rate, Would be great if you could add rental vacancy rate % to the “Rental income” section Example: Vacancy Rate = 3%/pa

    Also really would love having “change over time” option for rental income. Seems no choice but defaults to keeping up with inflation. I’m in CA and rents typically way outpace inflation here.
