Allow milestones to delay start of a House's "Generate Rental Income" option

If you have a “House” in the “Real Assets” section and choose to add “Rental Income,” this can only be applied immediately. It would be great to be able to delay this if you own a house, but are not planning to rent right away!

    In addition to this, it would be great to use milestones both for starting age and ending age in “Generate Rental Income” section. To make it flexible enough, you would want to be able to define n ranges between milestones, for example between milestone 1 and milestone 2 generate rental income, then between milestone 2 and milestone 3 to not generate rental income and then between milestone 3 until milestone 4 to generate rental income.
