Override withdrawal strategy (WS) with constaint such as sale of real estate

With this feature, a user will be able to “hard-code” certain constraints regardless of the WS they select.

For example - knowing you do not want to manage real estate into your 60s or need to time a large capital gains event when you are not relying on ACA credits. At the moment, I would only be able to apply a WS after the elected sale date of a property instead of leveraging it from day 1, with simply a few hardcodes. I expect this would make WS more popular as they become more customizable.

I have a withdrawal strategy turned on to a fixed 4% I have my house set to sell at a certain milestone (and have tried a fixed age as well to troubleshoot) BUT in the plan the house never ‘sells’ despite my settings and it showing on the plan . I understand using the “Withdrawal strategy mode overrides most custom events in your plan” - which makes sense for expenses - but doesn’t seem to make sense for selling your main assets. In short the SWR is a nice view but redundant until it actually factors in real life events.
