Ability to exclude property taxes from Tax Analytics tab (and ideally Cash Flow tab)

I am primarily interested in income taxes and LTCGs. I would love the ability to exclude property taxes from the relevant tabs as it muddles the picture. To me, property taxes seem like more of a fixed expense than something I would want modeled with my income taxes.

There is a corollary to this which is to combine property taxes with home insurance and home improvement to just be “Home Expenses” in at least cashflow.

If I had my real dream Cashflow would, in financed, combine Taxes, Insurance, P&I into a “Mortgage Payment” to make it easier to validate model inputs are matches reality. But that’s arguably a different suggestion :)

Wholeheartedly support this suggestion. I’d like to be able to focus on income & income-related taxes alone, and set property taxes aside as part of living expenses/home expenses.

With the 4.4.0 Early Access release, you can now turn off Property Tax in the Legend of the Taxes pane in Tax Analytics to exclude Property Tax from the graph. This gives me what I had been looking for, so this is great. Not yet on Cash Flow, though. Not sure how that would help–it is already aggregated into House expenses.
