The Monte Carlo (“chance of success”) milestone summary statistics currently calculate percentiles including all trial runs. I think these would be better if they excluded the trials where the milestone never occurred. There is already a ring chart that shows the frequency of occurrence vs non-occurrence.

For example, let’s say you run 100 trails, and a given milestone only occurs 26 times. Of those 26 times, the first 24 occur in 2027 and the 25th and 26th occur in 2057, I believe the default settings for the summary would show something like:

Occurred: 25% 25th: 2057 50th: Never 75th: Never 90th: Never

If you exclude the never cases it’s: Occurred: 25% 25th: 2027 50th: 2027 75th: 2027 90th: 2057

I think the latter is much more informative about the distribution.
