Add Change-Over-Time for an Asset's expenses, income, etc
For assets: any expense or income could be improved by adding a fully featured change-over-time configuration. As was pointed out here: https://discord.com/channels/869222901054857216/1309346942987272252/1309346942987272252 Some asset expenses are inversely proportional to asset value, or exhibit completely divergent change over time patterns compared to either inflation or asset value.
