It’ll be nice to have the same functionality built into “Accounts” under “Growth Rate” for items under the “Assets”. This feature would be helpful to model when rental income will vary on real estate property.

For example, a user owns a multifamily home, but expects rented out units to increase significantly as they invest more into their units over the next few years.

Another example is a user has a loan type that blocks them from renting certain sections of their property for the first few years of ownership, so the rent yield is lower in those first few years, but increases afterwards.
