Form rating right after exercise
Instead of asking to rate form on comp and basic lifts at the end of the workout, ask them upon completing all sets of the exercise before moving onto the next. Having to think back and remember how your form was from a lift you did potentially over an hour ago isn’t won’t be as accurate as an immediate assessment. Ratings per set could also be nice (though I bet some msy disagree) but isn’t necessary especially if it’s more difficult to implement
