Don't assign a lot of additional exercise volume when deloading

Currently, on prep 1, you’ll sometimes get a lot of additional exercise work when deloading in preparation for testing. This can lead to soreness and fatigue, which is unwanted when testing. It might be beneficial to limit accessory work volume for a muscle group when selecting deload for a lift. Or, another approach could be to only limit accessory work to those exercises that are done more frequently, to limit the chance of soreness.
