Prep 0 Full Body (with 85% bb, 15% pl)
Could be good to have a Prep 0 Full Body option with the 85% bodybuilding / 15% powerlifting split.
I like the alternating squat + deadlift pattern on a 4-day program. I feel PPL doesn’t really suit my for 4-day, but I’d still like 85/15 vs the current 40/60 of Prep 0 Full Body. Thanks!
