two-part questionnaire before training.
I think it could be better if the questionnaire is split into two parts before the training.
- The general questions (energy, sore muscles etc …)
here the app should then give a hint, e.g. as it is in the dashboard (do an easy day or skip a day etc …)
and only then should:
- The questions about the individual lifts come up.
I find the complete query with all the questions a bit unfortunate, because my athlete readiness may have improved from yesterday to today, but it may be that Robo Boris still recommends having an easy day.
Or the other way around, it may well be that (due to the training or the bad wellness the day before) it says in the dashboard that I should do an easy day - although the night between the days was enough to relax - but then I should do an easy one the day because it said so on the dashboard, although I could have trained normally today.
