It wold be helpful to have the Explanations of the Abbreviation used in App in the Help menus.

    Hi. Sorry, maybe not properly explained in my last post. I thinking about having a list of all abbrevations in one place. Also like HRV, RHR… Not the most important topic but could be handy.
