Individual volume for additional exercises
It would be great if you could adjust the volume individually for each muscle group (additional exercises). eg. Chest 4 sets Hamstrings 3 sets Biceps 5 Sets (default) Calf 6 Sets (lol) and so on…
The settings could then be made individually in the respective folder of the muscle group. Or leave it default (Sheiko 5 sets each).
I think that would be a good step towards customization. And I don’t think every lifter needs 5 sets as a standard. some need more and others less.
