Custom body part frequencies

As of now we only have the option to toggle individual muscle groups on or off on the set-up page. It would be great if we could customize the frequency of each muscle group. The reason behind this is that in the Sheiko spreadsheets online you often see muscle groups like chest and triceps worked 2x per week but something like quads only every other week or sometimes only once a month. The current way the app works is that all activated muscle groups get cycled through and hit equally.

I am not sure what is the best way to implement this, maybe you say how many times you want a muscle group worked per workouts done (so chest every 2 workouts but quads every 8 for example) or you choose how often you want each muscle group to come up in a given time span (so how many times do you want to hit triceps every month).

This can allow users to choose which body parts to focus on and how much to focus on them relative to others and gives users more control than just activating and deactivating body parts. Right now, the only way to do this is to swap or add exercises manually, but it would be nice to have the programming as automated as possible.

Then the app can even have default values for each prep period. For example, quads get worked once a week or every 4 workouts in prep 0, every other week or once every 8 workouts in prep 1, once a month or every 16 workouts in prep 2 and get deactivated in the comp period.

    I think this makes sense for prep 0. For example, I may want to work biceps every workout in prep 0, but only do calves once a week.
