warm up exercises
Add a warmup exercise category, possibly with a subcategory for each competition lift. Some people have warmup exercises like band pull aparts, lunges, or body weight glute bridges. I want to start including something like this but often forget. If I could have active warm up exercises that would be preloaded at the beginning of the workout, I will remember to do them each time. If there is a category for each lift then whenever that lift is done all active warm up exercises for that lift would be put at the beginning of the workout.
