I would love this. I would use it for:

1. Creating and sharing changemaps for company-internal tools, where I want to gather feedback from my coworkers.
2. Personal improvement, where I want my friends to vote on what projects I should do.

Something that would also work for this use case for me would be the ability to license and run a private deployment, like how GitHub Enterprise or Phabricator allows private deployment of an internal GitHub or Phabricator instance.
