If a task had an internal ID, this could be related to a task ID in another tool like Jira, a GitHub issue ID, and so on. Using the API or even just manually this would aid cross-referencing tasks between tools and updating their status in Changemap to match (or vice versa).

Possibly this would need to be displayed in the list, not just the task detail view, so that tasks could be quickly identified. Or maybe it doesn’t matter because this would primarily be used via API?
