scroll position when adding media to custom exercise

when creating a new exercise i switch to the media tab and the first text I read is “demo exercise video” if I scroll up I can then see exercise image. This is confusing and leads to upload a video

    upon further testing, it looks like the scroll is carried over between tabs

    this now resolved and released in the new version 2.3.0 (might take around a day to be available in app store)
