  • Sets goals around “Best Time”, “Total Time” and “Average Time” per exercise
  • Sets goals for “Practice Hours”, “Days Active”, “Streak”, “Workout Count”
  • Add habits, select schedule that works for you, enable reminder notifications
  • Have habits to do specific workouts or random ones
  • Have habits to practice exercises in a few ways: Prilepin mode (app picks the right number of sets and reps for you), Max effort mode to try to beat your previous record, Focused mode to practice for a few minutes)
