Admin control would be able to “undo” these actions, and for large amounts there would be a “Are you sure?” pop up.

Admin can now move shares/funds directly between users.

One low cost option for implementing this would be to simply utilize existing infrastructure that has been built within the Crypto space. While I am aware of the heavy resistance to engaging with this space among some share holders what I am proposing is not a “tokenization” of shares but a shift in the backed infrastructure.

USDC (or another tier 1 USD pegged stable coin) could be employed as an option for direct low fee deposits/withdrawals. This also enables P2P sends of USDC (how this works depends on implementation. I am thinking each account can generate a unique deposit address and deposits are swept to a hot or cold wallet with internal tracking remaining on an internal ledger. P2P sends could be done either on the internal ledger or processed as a withdrawal that is send to the receivers deposit address. USD transfers between users could also flag reporting risk for Mike if a bad actor chose to wash trade or hide transactions meant to fund illegal actions using the site. For USD transfers I would say users need to withdraw the USDC and send on chain not via the site to reduce the risk to Mike)

For shares I do think creation of a token would be beneficial. This dose not need to be tradable on other exchanges but creates a nice public ledger with no ongoing hosting costs and could enable P2P share transfers (if each account has a unique wallet tied to it then you simply transfer the shares to the wallet. The ability to withdraw to a private wallet is optional, it could simply serve a function on the backend)

The goal would be focused on using the tech and efficiencies that have been created in Web3 without turning into a Web3 project or meme coin.
