    This metric can be very indicative - different noise levels can improve or harm various metrics - concentration, mood, stress. For example, studies show white noise at night (e.g. AC fan) improves sleep efficiency, but not sleep quality, up to about 55 dB. Above that it starts to degrade sleep quality.
