Allow goals based on custom time intervals

User request: “Right now creating a limiting goal needs a fixed calendar time window (day, week, month). It would be useful to allow for a custom number and more flexibility, for example no more than 1 junk food every 15 days.

The goal would fail if after the first junk food metric registered you add another one within 15 days; otherwise it would display something like “10 days remaining” and stay green, serving as a cooldown period.

It could also be the other way if it makes more sense, e.g at least 1 mom call every X, for things where the calendar time window is perhaps a bit too rigid

(I found a workaround using a “since” formula and then creating a maximising goal from that, but it feels a bit hackish)”
