MCP Integration

Allow the use of Claude or ChatGPT on desktop to talk to Reflect user data. Making it possible to create HTML dashboards or reports on a bigger screen. Users should be able to turn on/off so it is not mandatory to share data with external apps.

    Hey Ruben, thanks for the suggestion here. We’re not sure how feasible it would be to serve data directly from the iOS device, but we would consider creating a separate software project on desktop for a dedicated MCP server that would use the underlying data from Reflect (for example if you have daily iCloud backups enabled, using those as a source)
