Create region-specific dexes

Add new database fields for generation-specific dex numbers, so that users can view regional dexes. Add a way to access these regional dexes separate from the main dex.

    Unless there’s high demand for this, I’m probably not going to implement it. There’s other resources out there, and this project is intended for a Pokemon Home living national dex.
