As suggested in email I think it’d be nice, more as a general approach, to be able to turn On / Off various sections of this homepage layout. That way you can let users “tune” the app to their routine.

Maybe have a way to expand/collapse each section and remember that state?

Thus providing some amount of customization of the home screen, while keeping everything available, and no requirement for a separate options screen.

A side bonus is if / when you add more sections like trending clips, recent VODs etc.. then the collapsed areas reduce the amount of scrolling.

Agreed. I watch Twitch to watch the people I want to watch, not who they want me to watch. A priority for followed channels/games/communities over suggestions. Or maybe even reordering sections.

+1 for expanding/collapsing a section. Or at least the followed section.

I like the idea of a section in settings where the user can enable/disable sections of the front page and move them up and down as they like. Put what they care about most on top and move the rest down.
