Sorry, I created another suggestion for this before I saw it existed. I may add that my suggestion recommended the refresh button be on the top right of the homepage so you can easily access it from the top row of the front page. But also, maybe a timed automatic refresh would be nice. If you’ve been watching a stream for 10 minutes or have left the app for 10 minutes, refresh the home page when we return.

Thanks Steve - manual refresh is on the way. There’s a timer when you’re away from a menu for a while, but we’re yet to make it count while outside the app. Working on it!

Just thinking out loud here, but do you see an issue with kicking off a refresh from viewWillAppear and/or applicationWillEnterForeground? I feel like this SOMETIMES happens, but not always. So maybe you’re already doing it but it’s just not foolproof. But if not, this may alleviate a lot of the need for a manual refresh button.

Just to chime in there needs better automatic refreshing. Just turned on my Apple TV, loaded up Twitchy, and it’s still showing me the thumbnails and whose streaming from when I watched last night(!). Is there a way to invoke a refresh every time you launch the app from the homescreen?
