An animation idea that I think would be really cool is letting the letter drop through the bottom of the screen using the gyroscope to control the fall direction and haptics for when it hits the screen walls—then when it clears the bottom flames roar from the bottom of the screen like it was dropped in a furnace or something

I agree that the folded paper doesn’t feel like letting go. Shredding, crumpling, tearing up, etc would be better.
