Subdomains automatically get categorised to match parent domain

A good example of this is with Bandcamp. When I visit artistname . bandcamp . com, I want it to be listed as Media and Distracting by default, the same as bandcamp . com itself.

This would be good as a fallback: if there’s a more-specific domain, then use that, otherwise progressively fall back to less specific values.
