Related published folders should be navigable as a whole

There should be an option to be able to navigate between sets of published folders, or maybe just all published folders, so that whoever has the URL for one is able to navigate between it and all of your other published folders as well. Not sure if we’d make this default behaviour or explicitly opt-in.

Not sure if this is the same request – would love to be able to publish a folder, including all subfolders to view all on one page
