Consolidate HTTP and HTTPS links

There are times when I will accidentally bookmark the same page using HTTP and HTTPS. Larder sees these URL’s as different so I wind up with a couple of duplicates every now and then.

It would be nice if larder would treat these links as duplicate if the page content is the same (not sure why they wouldn’t be in most cases)

The HTTPS version of the link should be preferred unless an SSL error occurs.

We don’t currently make requests to ensure validity of links so picking one of HTTP/HTTPS would involve adding that new step. Still, makes sense, and not too much extra work.
