Notable exceptions on previous day

It would be really helpful to see what was notably different for a day (or in the last x days, perhaps as an option) to easier and quicker understand what might have triggered a condition. This would be really helpful to find hypothetical correlations/triggers from foods, environments, meds, etc. Of course this is not a sure way to understand your reactions, but perhaps just another tool in the toolbox for better understanding yourself.

It could for example show that you ate something you usually didn’t, slept much longer than usually, were in an environment that you are not often in, did something with a higher frequency than usually, or used a new medication/changed dosage.

Basically I guess a function to show a list of things starting with the most out-of-ordinary and then trickling down to more and more ordinary things for a day. Not necessarily in cross reference to other factors or symptoms, just a way to view what a day (or period) had that was exception or notable differences from the usual things in and around you. As a manual tool to be used in conjunction with the graph, or perhaps to help find things you would like to investigate on the graph.

Hi Nika, I really like this idea. One way to view this right now is that in the weekly report, there’s a breakdown of your factor,s and it shows the number that these increased or decreased by in the last 7 days vs. the previous 7 days.
