I think it would be extremely helpful if you could create completely new sections on the home screen, for example, I might want to track OCD, just as a category and then be able to add preexisting and custom factor and symptoms to that section, instead of having the overwhelm of opening the other factors and symptoms page. basically, being able to make custom sections that look like the built in ones. And the ability to add symptoms and factors to the built in sections, like the way you can in the nutrition section. Along with the whole being able to customize the way you track and rate symptoms and factors.
