Group symptoms/triggers by condition
If tracking symptoms and triggers for multiple conditions (migraines, periods, mental health), have separate sections with the symptoms and triggers for each condition (even if duplicated in multiple conditions). This could help with tracking specifically the condition the symptoms/triggers are correlated to.
