One of the biggest reasons I miss logging is friction, not motivation.

Most of my inputs are the same every day, yet I still have to re-enter them manually. Over time, that repetition becomes enough of a barrier to break the habit.

A simple solution would be default / preset daily inputs that auto-fill, with the expectation that users only modify what actually changed that day. Less work, higher consistency, better data.

Curious if this is something others struggle with too, or if it’s already being considered.
