Sleep section improvements - e.g. nap entry and sleep quality rating

Improvements to sleep section, such as nap entry space, and automatic calculation of sleep time from entering asleep and awake times, with a separate entry space remaining for In bed and out of bed times.

We’ve also decided to add a sleep quality rating.

    Can’t wait for this improvement! Doing the math every day to calculate my sleep time is time-consuming. Also, the addition of a nap time is a bonus.

    I like the idea of adding a nap entry & adding in bed & out of bed times. However I’d like to still be able to enter my own sleep time without it being strictly auto calculated. This is because I use my fitbit data for this information. So I may have exactly 7 hours between the time I fell asleep & the time I awoke but if I was tossing & turning a lot of the night I would only have about 6 to 6 and a half hours of sleep.

    I like the planned changes I would Also like to be able to input data from my.bipap.machine (sleep apnea) such as number of apnea episodes per hour and mask leaks litres per minute perhaps I can do that with factors not sure I am new user

    Would be really nice to have notes option in the sleep section. To record dreams and state of mind immediately upon wakeup. And to correlate this data to other data sets.

    Being able to add multiple sleep times as I almost never sleep through the night and have to track it. Not sure if I’m missing it but also ability to change from 24 to 12hr time for us silly Americans😏

    I would also like the option to add awake time during the night. I awake often during the night and sometimes for hours just trying to fall back asleep.

    As for how to show this visually have a look at apple health sleep tracking, it shows the in bed time in purple and asleep times as pink. (You can manually add times) That way you can see visually what time you spend in bed, if you wake up often and how long, and how scattered your sleep is. I found the weekly and monthly overview of this very useful and would love to see something similar come into bearable.

    Hi ya! Would you consider adding a way to disable the sleep slider to set duration? I accidentally touch that thing all the time and it changes my sleep from a normal amount to something like 19 hours and there’s no “undo” or anything like that.
