Yes please, people (like me) who suffer chronic fatigue would find this vital!

I would love this! I’ve dealt with fatigue off and on, and also have a few medications that pretty directly effect my energy levels. It would be so helpful if I could track this beyond just how much I slept or a fatigue symtom

A perceived energy level section would be outstanding! I am bedridden due to severe ME/CFS and Fibromyalgia, and energy level is HUGE for me.

I think this would be great, but since the health measurements came out I’m using a 1 to 10 scale there, so everytime I update my mood, I go there and update an energy level.

Its not optimal, since I can forget the energy level sometimes because they are in a separate section, but is currently working.

Very needed! Especially since were also measuring sleep and the other factors I want to know how much energy i had, and see what factors contributed to thst weed out the patterns

Can this please integrate fatigue in the same section? The two are linked but not the same and so “energy” can’t be used interchangeably

Frankie and I agree. The idea for me is a drowsiness section, as I’m trying to track my sleep’s impact on my day. I believe that if you let us define any kind of section that has the same characteristics of mood, you would succeed. I want the factors available in the section. Even better is that we can place these ratings together if we want, because some of them are entered together (mood + energy + drowsiness). However, I would still let the user decide. Putting my programmer’s hat on, I see the idea is to have user defined sections that can hold ANYTHING. Moods, factors, symptoms, health measures, etc. I encourage you to see the idea of a section separate from a data entry widget.

I quite like the idea of being able to custom-define sections that act like mood. That’d allow me to have separate productivity and energy metrics, while others could track drowsiness or fatigue.

Looking at those examples, it’d be helpful to be able to indicate “less of this is better” (eg. fatigue) or “more of this is better” (eg. energy). This could help with insight formatting.

I very much agree with everyone here

-User customisable Id need -energy levels

    -Fatigue levels

    -Foggyness levels

-mood (if its custom definable id like that metric there to, with the option for others users to keep it seperate)

Id like a 1- to 10 scale but the option to use other ways like binary or whatever

Able to state wether with the metric more is better or worse Ie less farigue is better More energy is better

And really able to enter multiple sleep and awake times is key part of the energy tracking formula

I love this update very helpful! But it’d be nice if it could be changed from 5 to 7 for tracking energy levels.
